Our Sponsored Residential Program offers a warm, family-style environment where individuals receive personalized support and assistance in daily living. Each home accommodates no more than two individuals with disabilities, ensuring personalized attention and care.

Personalized Support
Assistance with medical care, emotional support, behavioral intervention, personal care, financial planning, and more, tailored to each individual's needs as outlined in their Plan for Supports.
Nutritious Meals
Healthy meals and snacks that respect special dietary requirements and personal preferences.
Transportation and Assistance
Support in attending appointments, day programs, and social activities.
Community Participation
Opportunities to engage in social, educational, recreational, and religious activities, fostering independence and community integration.
Skill Development
Implementation of individualized Plans for Supports to encourage long-term goals and independence, with daily documentation of progress.
Our Commitment to Quality
Trained and Competent Staff: Sponsors and Relief Sponsors receive comprehensive training, including Medication Administration, Therapeutic Options, First Aid, CPR, and more.
Regulatory Compliance: All homes meet specific requirements set by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS), Human Rights, and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) regulations.
